This is more of a hypothetical question: has the state looked at self-hosting PME through the RTI to help with the backlog of officers and NCOs that need PME? It'd be cheaper in the long run (travel costs) and we could potentially use facilities we already own to house, feed, and train the Soldiers (such as Camp Swift). There are many logistical obstacles, so is this even a possibility for the state? Thanks!
